Cancelations

Unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life such as last minute meetings, traffic considerations, and project deadlines; these are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a non-refundable deposit/service fee. 

All 60 minute appointment bookings will collect a $40 deposit, and all 90 minute appointment bookings will collect at $90 deposit to protect the cancellation policy. If a last minute cancelation is not necessary, the deposit will be applied to your total at the time of service.

Late Arrivals

Please plan for your massage appointment as the therapist has reserved this time just for you.

Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow some time to rest before your appointment and to prepare in the room.  

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of time beyond the scheduled appointment. In special cases, when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged in full.
