Cancellation Policy
If it is your first visit, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to discuss your completed Authorization Form, prepare in the room and rest before your appointment. You are welcomed to take the driveway on the left side of the building to use our private parking lot. Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more after appointed time cannot be accommodated to ensure the integrity of other reservations. In this case, the reservation fee is non-refundable and the remainder of the session fee will be your responsibility. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full service fee. All reservations require a deposit to protect the cancellation policy. If a last minute cancellation is not necessary, the deposit will be applied to your total at the time of service.
