Cancellation Policy
If it is your first visit, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to discuss your completed Authorization Form, prepare in the room and rest before your appointment. You are welcomed to use our private parking lot located on the right side of the building. To ensure the integrity of other reservations, late arrivals of 20 minutes or more cannot be accommodated. In this case, the service fee is non-refundable. All reservations require full payment to protect the cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full service fee.
